I’ve had several poor experiences here, but this morning’s visit prompted me to finally leave a review. I came in to pick up an order and walked into an uncomfortable interaction where an employee was yelling at another customer over an order. After that, I stood there for ~15 mins without acknowledgement. Another employee was nearby, stocking shelves, but also never acknowledged me, even after I tried to get his attention. Basic customer service was severely lacking, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. When I finally received my order, the employee continued making rude and unprofessional comments. Really uncomfortable overall.

This place is one of a kind. The owner is super cool. He’s bought oak firewood from me a few times and is friendly to negotiate with, not stuck up at all. The smell from this place will make you truck pull in for barbecue rather you thought you wanted it or not. And from what I can tell he’s a 2nd amendment loving fellow patriot, we needed this since old school Jonny’s BBQ went down.
